‘The British Summer’ Chocolate Collection

British Summer Chocolate Collection

a delicious selection of great British chocolates

As the days get longer and the temperatures rise, I decided to create ‘The British Summer’ Chocolate Collection in celebration of British holiday traditions.

With the sweet sound of leather on willow in the middle of a village green and swallows dancing and singing in the air, or maybe the harmony of church bells, I took inspiration from the quintessential British summer and my own childhood memories to create four refreshing new chocolates filled with delicious caramels.

‘The British Summer’ collection of caramel chocolates is entirely hand-made in London with highest quality, ethically sourced luxury chocolate and quintessential British ingredients. Flavours include:

— Strawberry & Clotted Cream Caramel in milk chocolate – A quintessentially British tradition and “summer must have” come rain or shine! Simply irresistible and a great ‘afternoon tea’ accompaniment.

— Summer Lemonade in dark chocolate – a twist on fresh lemonade, lovely & refreshing and perfect for a hot summer’s day picnic.

— Somerset Apricot caramel Butterfly in milk chocolate – inspired by memories of my schooling days in Bath, picking fresh apricots and enjoying relaxing summer walks along the banks of the Avon.

— Fresh Summer Mint chocolates in dark chocolate – inspired by the famous seaside ‘rocks’ I enjoyed during my university years in Sussex.

The ‘British Summer Collection’ is presented in a signature ‘Demarquette’ gift box with 15 chocolates and is available at the Demarquette Boutique in Chelsea and online at

Happy Summer everyone!
